We maintain strict quality checks on all our silver jewelry. However, refunds are only applicable under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof Requirement
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all refund requests.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed package
- Capture the damage upon opening
Refund requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Size or preference issues
- Minor variations in design or finish
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
Refund Process
To initiate a request, contact us at kalaneeimpex09@gmail.com with your order number, video proof, and issue details.
Once reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
If the product is confirmed damaged, return shipping will be covered by us.
Invalid claims will not be accepted.
Rabbary reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
